SHIPPING POLICY

All socks are custom-made to order, so every order goes through a production stage before shipping.

• Production time: approximately 15–30 business days after your design and order are confirmed.

• Shipping time: once produced, orders are shipped and delivered within approximately 10–15 business days.

• Estimated total time: from order confirmation to delivery, please allow roughly 25–45 business days.

• Shipping costs: shipping is included in the automatic quote generated when you design your order, so the price you see already covers delivery.

• Tracking: a tracking number is sent to your email once your order ships.

• Carrier: we ship worldwide via DHL with tracking.

• Deadlines: contact us before ordering if you have a fixed deadline. We will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

• Customs & duties: international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

• Delays: we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs once the order has shipped.
