Refund policy
REFUND & RETURN POLICY (pegar en Settings → Policies → Refund policy)
Every order is custom-manufactured to the customer's design, so each item is made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please review your design, sizes, and quantities carefully before confirming your order.
Cancellations You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production has not yet started. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, since the socks are being made to your specifications.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items If your order arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from the design you approved, contact us at contact@socksfactorynow.ai within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will remake and reship the item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
Change of mind or sizing Because every product is personalized, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Lost or undelivered shipments All orders ship with DHL tracking. If your tracking shows no movement or your order is not delivered within the estimated time frame, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve it with a reshipment or refund.
Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
